Our water heater died. Called JM Plumbing at 11am. Steven gave me a reasonable quote. We agreed to terms. Justin was at our house to install our new system at 6 pm. Job was done before 8:30pm. All of this on a SUNDAY. Very impressed! Thank you, Justin McKenney Plumbing.

I had an Emergency because the connection on the line to my toilet broke and was leaking. It didn't have a shut off valve on it, so we had to shut the water off to the house until it was replaced with a better line that included a shut off valve on it. I was given the correct quote over the phone, so no surprise expenses when he got here. I also liked that they asked me to send a picture of the problem part so that they would already have the parts before getting here, that way it would save me money so they wouldn't have to come here and then leave to get the part. He came the same day i called and was very professional and pleasant to do business with. We will definitely be calling him again for any future problems we have! Thanks guys!

I contacted McKinney Plumbing at 3pm because my water heater was leaking. They arrived by 5pm. The following morning I received a proposal for the delivery and installation of a new water heater and removal of the old one. The new unit was installed by dinnertime. McKinney Plumbing is a fine company delivering expert, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly service.

They arrived quickly and repaired my outdoor faucet in a timely manner. He checked and then rechecked his installation and made sure that there were no leaks then checked the water meter to make sure that everything was working fine would absolutely recommend them again.

This company is absolutely fantastic saving me both time and money. Had a problem that would have likely been a couple of hundred dollars but they explained a fairly simple fix I could do myself and save the money. They actually took the time to explain the exact steps and refused to take any money at all for talking me through it. You do not find customer service like this anymore. Highly, highly recommend.
